Virtual Service Desk for SberAutoTech employee
Problem
An employee who is confused with too many tools and channels to communicate with many internal services, ranging from office managers to a IT support
All-in-one interface based on JiraSD software with Refined plugin
Solution
I created a scheme of internal services structure and unified service templates in collaboration with Jira administrators. After this, I customized Web interface by using css editor in Refined plugin. Also, I adopted interface for different screens, including mobile one (4 breakpoints).
My contribution
Now over 70% (300+) of the employees are using this tool and only 30% left for other ways (messengers/email/call)
